For one person making a lot of short things. Social, pitches, mood reels.
For teams shipping campaigns and pre-viz. Longer shots, more characters, pro delivery.
For networks, agencies and brands with legal teams. Private deployment, custom models.
A credit buys one second of finished footage at 1080p and 48 fps. Resolution and frame rate multiply it; everything else — camera moves, characters, re-shoots that fail — is free. Previews cost nothing. You are only charged for shots that render.
Worked example: the four-shot “Salt Lines” scene on the Gallery page is 32 seconds at 2.39:1, upscaled to 4K. 32 × 3 = 96 credits. On Studio, that is about $2.90.

Yes, for 90 days on every paid plan. Annual plans get the full year’s credits up front, so a quiet month does not cost you anything.
If a locked character scores under 95 on identity, the shot is refunded automatically — you will see it in the render log. For everything else, re-shooting a clip with a note costs the same as the original clip. Previews of camera paths are always free.
You do, on every plan, for any use including broadcast. Kinema-2 Motion is trained only on licensed and opted-in footage, and Studio and Enterprise output is indemnified. Every export carries a C2PA credential that says it was made with Kinema.
Only with a signed release attached to the character in your project. Kinema Faces will not lock a detected real face without one. Public figures are blocked outright. Generated faces have no such restriction.
Your tenant runs on dedicated render capacity in the region you choose — Lisbon for EU, Los Angeles for US. Prompts, references and outputs are retained for zero days after export. We can also fine-tune Kinema Faces on your talent roster under a separate data agreement.
Yes. Film schools and features under $2M get Studio at the Creator price. Email the producer team with a one-paragraph description and we will set it up within two days.
We will set up your workspace with 300 credits and, for Studio and Enterprise, a 30-minute call with a producer who has shipped work on Kinema. Most teams render their first scene the same day.
